Baby Safe Paints

These are eco-friendly and non-toxic paints for babies’ rooms. These are designed to be free from harmful chemicals like volatile organic compounds (VOCs), solvents, and other toxins that can negatively impact air quality.

Traditional paints release solid odours and toxic fumes during and after application. At the same time, child-safe paint has minimal to zero VOC emissions. This makes it safer for babies, toddlers, and anyone with sensitive respiratory systems.

Baby-friendly paints are also often water-based, which makes them easy to clean up and less likely to cause allergic reactions.

Surface Preparation for Graphenstone Baby Safe Paint

The first thing you need to do before applying Graphenstone baby-safe paint is clean your walls. If we have any dark spots or green on our walls, paint can fix that area properly, and it affects overall adhesion and quality.

If you notice mould or mildew, use a suitable remover before applying paint. If the wall has any dents or damaged areas, fill it and make your surface even. It will help the paint adjust better and increase its durability.

Moreover, if the wall is previously painted, look for any peeling or flaking paint and scrape it off. This will provide you with a smooth foundation for your baby-safe paint.

How to Apply Graphenstone Baby Safe Paint?

Once you have cleaned the walls, check for any cracks on your walls. Apply the primer first if needed to smooth your foundation for paint. It will help the paint to adhere well and provide a smooth finish.

You’ll need a high-quality brush or roller and a paint tray. Stir your paint to mix all the ingredients well before applying. If you’re using a brush, dip it in the paint and apply it to the corners and edges of the wall first. However, for larger areas, a roller works best.

As instructed, apply a thin layer first and let it dry for 4-6 hours. Then, apply the second coat for optimal coverage.
