Eco Friendly Paint
Eco-friendly paint is becoming a go-to option for home and business owners. These paints reduce harm to both the environment and indoor air quality. Traditional paints might contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which release toxins into the air as they dry, causing that “new paint smell.”
These VOCs can contribute to indoor pollution; prolonged exposure may lead to respiratory issues. Meanwhile, eco-friendly are either low-VOC or VOC-free, releasing little to no toxic fumes.
Eco-friendly options have come a long way, with water-based and natural-based paints leading the market. Water-based paints are popular as they’re low in VOCs and durable. Natural-based paints, made from clay, milk protein, and natural pigments, provide a completely biodegradable option.

Surface Preparation for Graphenstone Eco-Friendly Paint
Clean your surface from dust, dirt and oil. Complete your surface thoroughly before applying the paint. Check if there’s an existing cracked paint, and sand it down, too. Your wall should be completely clear to promote the proper adherence of your walls.
If your walls have holes, rought areas or cracks, fix them with a suitable filler and let them dry completely. Then, in the end, it’s a good idea to clean your surface with a damp cloth to remove the dust and make the surface smooth. It will help you adjust your paint well on your walls, increasing the paint’s longevity.
How to Apply Graphenstone Eco-Friendly Paint?
Once you’ve cleaned the wall, the clear surface will apply the paint. You can dilute your paint according to instructions (10-20%). Stir your paint well and use a brush, roller, or sprayer based on the surface texture. If your walls have a rough texture, then it’s good to apply primer first.
You can apply the first thin layer on the wall and let it dry completely. You can use the second layer for a smoother finish, increasing the durability of your paint.
